Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase. Opera One LLC offers a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund on all digital products sold through claudeguide.co.

1. Eligibility

You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your original purchase date. After 14 days, purchases are final and non-refundable.

2. How to request a refund

Email operaonellc@gmail.com from the address used at checkout, with the subject line "Refund request" and your order number. We typically respond within 2 business days.

3. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Once a refund is issued your license to access and use the Digital Content is revoked and you must delete all copies in your possession.

4. EU/UK statutory rights

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. By starting to download or access the Digital Content immediately after purchase, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the statutory right of withdrawal once delivery has begun. The 14-day refund described above is offered as a goodwill policy in addition to your statutory rights.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us first — we resolve almost every issue within a few days. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of access to the Digital Content.
