These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website claudeguide.co and any related products, content, or digital downloads (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Opera One LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or purchasing from the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase from the Service. By placing an order you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.

2. Products and Digital Content

Claude Guide sells digital products, including written guides, prompt libraries, and educational materials ("Digital Content"). Upon successful payment you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Digital Content for your own internal, non-commercial use.

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, publish, or use the Digital Content to train any machine-learning model. All intellectual property in the Digital Content remains the property of Opera One LLC.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated and are exclusive of any applicable taxes. Payment is processed by our third-party payment processors (including Shopify Payments and/or Stripe). We do not store full card details on our servers.

4. Refunds

We offer a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase. To request a refund, email operaonellc@gmail.com with your order number. See our Refund Policy for details.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or harvest any part of the Service;
• Resell, repackage, or publicly distribute the Digital Content;
• Use the Service to develop a competing product;
• Interfere with the security or operation of the Service.

6. Disclaimers

The Service and Digital Content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, productivity gain, or financial result from the use of the Digital Content. Claude is a trademark of Anthropic, PBC. Claude Guide is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Opera One LLC and its officers, members, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Opera One LLC from any claim, damages, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after the change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
